Job Description

We are looking for a System Administrator (macOS) with hands-on experience in managing and supporting Apple MacBooks. The ideal candidate should have experience in macOS administration, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Apple MacBooks and macOS.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac systems.
Install and configure applications, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
Perform OS upgrades, security patches, and software updates.
Configure Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and network connectivity.
Provide end-user technical support and resolve IT issues.
Maintain system documentation and asset inventory.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty support when required.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in System Administration.




Hands-on experience with Apple MacBooks and macOS.
Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and email configuration.
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or similar).
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud services.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
