Job Description: Telecalling Executive – Real Estate
Position: Telecalling Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
Explain project details, pricing, and location perks to prospective clients.
Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales prospects.
Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:




Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Comfortable with telecalling and client interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is preferred.
