KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Robust understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar architectural software.
Ability to prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
Basic knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction practices.
Good visualization and design skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Willingness to visit project sites when required.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, and design development.
Ability to interpret project requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
Understanding of sustainable and energy-effective design practices is an added advantage.
Attention to detail in drawings, specifications, and project documentation.




Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

JOB ROLE
Assist in architectural design development and drafting.
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Support senior architects in project planning and execution.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams.
Participate in site visits and project reviews.
Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
Assist in preparing design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Monitor project progress and provide design support during construction.
Assist in material selection and preparation of design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Contribute innovative design ideas and creative solutions to project challenges.
