Recrutifi is hiring on behalf of a client in the medical equipment industry (syringes & gloves). We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who will take complete ownership of HR functions, with a solid focus on hiring on-field medical sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for on-field medical sales staff
Handle complete HR lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction
Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations
Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation
Coordinate closely with sales teams for manpower planning
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance processes

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the healthcare industry
Proven experience in hiring field sales teams (medical/pharma preferred)
Strong understanding of bulk hiring and quick closures
Ability to independently manage all HR functions
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary:
₹30,000/month and above (based on experience)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
