Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures.
Arrange, check, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Ensure proper sterilization and aseptic handling of surgical instruments.
Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT nurses during surgical procedures.
Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them and assisting with patient transfer.
Operate and troubleshoot OT equipment such as electrosurgical units, suction machines, operating tables, surgical lights, and patient monitoring devices.
Count surgical instruments, needles, and sponges with the OT nursing team before, during, and after procedures.
Clean, disinfect, and prepare the OT for subsequent surgeries.




Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste according to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain inventory of OT supplies and report shortages or equipment malfunctions.
Assist in emergency surgeries and trauma cases as required.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
Maintain accurate records related to equipment, sterilization, and OT activities.
Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and continuing education initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
