Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Services Support (GSS) team. The role involves supporting technical operations, process optimization, project coordination, ERP management, and technical documentation within the aerospace/mechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Define purchasing and outsourcing solutions based on technical requirements
Coordinate with approved suppliers and manage purchase orders
Create and maintain BOMs and manufacturing ranges
Update ERP data including items, tools, documents, and nomenclatures
Provide technical support during subcontracted manufacturing
Validate technical specifications and modifications with quality/design teams
Support workshops with technical documentation

Process & Project Management:




Contribute to process improvement and standardization
Prepare technical/process documentation
Support and train regional teams
Coordinate cross-functional and international projects
Monitor project progress, risks, reports, and dashboards

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field
2–4 years of experience in technical support/engineering industry
Knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic systems
Experience with ERP, BOM, technical documentation, and process optimization
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies is an added advantage
Valuable English communication skills.
