Business Development - Only from jewelelry experience
Identify and acquire new customers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
Explore current domestic and international market opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with dealers, jewellery retailers, and key accounts.
Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, referrals, and digital platforms.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams.
Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.

Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, customer preferences,



and competitor strategies.
Identify opportunities for launching current collections or product categories.
Provide market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Design, CRM, Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure smooth order processing from enquiry to delivery.

Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Track KPIs including lead conversion, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
