Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Perform tool offset adjustments and basic program corrections.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job sheets.
Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Inspect finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance.
Record production data and maintain quality documentation.
Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.





Required Skills
Knowledge of VMC machine operations.
Understanding of CNC machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and quality control.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,or related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹29,725.09 per month
