Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with 10–15 years of expertise in manufacturing operations, preferably in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building), structural steel, or heavy fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production activities to ensure quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, blasting, and painting.
Implement production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor production costs, material consumption, and minimize wastage.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Train and guide production staff to improve performance and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
Support recent product development and process optimization.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Experience in PEB, structural steel, or heavy engineering manufacturing.
Knowledge of welding standards, fabrication drawings, and production planning.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production management tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CNC machines, plasma cutting, and automated fabrication equipment.
Knowledge of ISO quality systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with production planning software and inventory management.

Industry Preference: PEB / Structural Steel / Heavy Fabrication / Manufacturing

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
