Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating and monitoring rice mill / oil mill plant machinery under supervision.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Support in raw material handling, cleaning, drying, milling, packaging, and dispatch operations.
Record and maintain daily production data (logbooks, checklists, shift reports).
Observe and implement quality control parameters (moisture, yield, cleanliness, defects).
Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping practices in the workplace.
Report equipment abnormalities or breakdowns to maintenance teams.
Work in shifts and support smooth plant operations as per schedule.

Training Period & Growth
Training Duration: 3 – 6 months (may vary as per performance)
Post-Training Role:



Plant Operator.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, related trades
Freshers can apply.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Strong learning mindset, discipline, and willingness to work in a plant setting.
