Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily production operations for box, bowl, and cup manufacturing
Ensure smooth functioning of machines and manpower utilization
Monitor production output and ensure targets are met as per plan
Maintain product quality as per defined standards and GMP guidelines
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and basic troubleshooting
Ensure proper line setup, changeovers, and minimum downtime
Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation
Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in food packaging setting
Support senior supervisor in process improvements and efficiency enhancement
Ensure discipline and proper work practices on the shop floor
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing (packaging industry preferred)
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of production machinery and processes
Understanding of GMP and hygiene standards
Good communication and team coordination skills
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

Production target achievement
Rejection and wastage control
Machine utilization efficiency
Shift report accuracy
Line downtime reduction
Working Conditions:
Factory setting
Rotational shift duty
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
