Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across technical and non-technical roles. The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in ATS or Excel.




Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding and documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus drives, and social media hiring campaigns.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Experience hiring for IT and non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Valuable understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools.
Knowledge of onboarding processes and basic HR operations.
