Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations (Petrol Pump Construction Projects)
Lead and oversee the operations of multiple petrol pump construction projects across various locations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Manage overall operational activities, including civil works, underground fuel tank installation, fuel pipeline works, canopy erection, electrical works, forecourt development, and commissioning.
Coordinate with oil marketing companies, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors across all project sites.
Monitor project schedules, operational performance, and resource allocation to achieve project targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.
Resolve operational, technical, and site-related challenges to minimize project delays.




Oversee procurement coordination and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Review project documentation, progress reports, billing status, and project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, QA/QC, finance, and HR departments for seamless project execution.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify prospects to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project performance.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Prepare and present operational reports, project updates, and performance reviews to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
