This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a robust desire to learn, grow, and prove their abilities in a rapid-paced work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dispatch team in coordinating truck operations
Communicate with drivers and brokers (US-based)
Learn to use load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
Track shipments and update delivery status
Maintain basic records of loads, routes, and driver details
Support senior dispatchers in daily logistics operations




Handle client communication via calls, emails, and chats
Learn industry processes including routing, compliance, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Confident personality with a professional approach
Strong willingness to learn and grow in US logistics
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage)
Valuable problem-solving attitude and adaptability
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
