This role includes modeling the application s data architecture, ensuring that data storage solutions are well-organized and scalable, and integrating various data sources to support seamless application performance. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with overall project goals, ensuring that the application s data backbone is robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of data models that support business requirements and technical specifications.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data architecture aligns with organizational objectives.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and architectural standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
Robust knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
Experience with data integration techniques and tools.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable data storage solutions.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills related to data architecture challenges.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Reltio.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
