Job Responsibilities
The company will provide leads in your assigned location. Your role is to convert leads into successful sales.
Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Convince and guide interested customers throughout the solar adoption process.
Coordinate customers for documentation and basic bank loan processing.
Follow up with customers until the installation process is completed.
For Guwahati-based staff, assist with office coordination, customer follow-ups, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred.
Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of customer documentation and bank coordination.
Honest, trustworthy, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally.
Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with the assigned area.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Can earn upto 50,000-1,00,000 in incentive based
