Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
Assist customers with product and service-related issues
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required
Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:




Solid verbal and written English communication skills
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
Patient, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
