Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
Oversee designing structural models by using computer-aided design software.
Planning & Execution of the different activities of the project within the bound time limits.
Execution of project according to the drawings, specification and also to assure the quality of the work.
Monitoring and controlling of all the project activities according to the Plan.
Regular tracking of Inventory.
Resource forecasting such as material, machinery, manpower, Financial etc.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Conducting a project evaluation review to assess the project management.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and present to management.
Timely coordination with sales team.
Generate and present regular project's performance reports to management.
