Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and company assets.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP or accounting software.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Basic understanding of payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
