Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting staff with daily administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and courier services.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other office support tasks.
Purchase office supplies and pantry items as instructed.
Ensure office equipment and pantry supplies are properly stocked.
Open and close the office as per company timings, if assigned.
Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisors.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:




Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
