About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated SEO Analyst to build and own our organic search strategy. This is a high-visibility role: you'll shape strategy from the ground up, work closely with marketing and leadership, and see the direct impact of your work on signups and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Own SEO strategy end-to-end, working closely with marketing and leadership
Conduct keyword research for Arabic and English search terms around cloud accounting, e-invoicing, and ZATCA compliance in GCC markets
Run technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data)
Optimize on-page content, landing pages, and conversion paths — turning organic visitors into signups and customers
Build a content calendar aligned with product features and compliance deadlines (e.g., ZATCA phases)
Manage local SEO for Saudi Arabia and GCC visibility
Set up and monitor tracking (GA4,



Search Console) connecting organic traffic to leads and sales
Report on SEO performance with clear, business-relevant metrics

Requirements
2–4 years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Robust technical SEO skills (site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Comfortable working independently and building process from scratch
Understanding of the Saudi/GCC digital landscape; bilingual (Arabic/English) SEO experience is a solid plus
Ability to connect SEO work to business outcomes (leads, signups, sales), not just traffic/rankings
