Responsibilities
Design engaging, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for websites that are optimized for a seamless experience on desktop and mobile.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate complex technical and business requirements into compelling user-centered design solutions.
understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to reach cutting-edge solutions.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, technologies and best practices to ensure the highest quality of design work.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Time management / prioritizing their tasks effectively
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design systems (such as Material Design, Bootstrap, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with user research, testing, and analysis.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
