Job Description:
Designing and Drawing layouts and drainage, storm water, internal plumbing, water supply, Water supply SLD, water demand, Tender Documents, firefighting etc.
Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, Institutional experience
Designing and monitoring swimming pool & treatment plant will be an added advantage.
Prepare tender documents for the above-mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architect.
Costing and estimation along with Budget, rate analysis as per DSR / CPW Dand other related norms.
Maintain documents and records.
Design Fire Fighting system both Internal and External.
Design sprinkler/ hydrant system for respective application.
Inspect and audit STPs, WTPs, Water pumping stations, External services, etc.
Attending meetings with clients and clarifying their queries.
Site visits for ensuring quality during execution, measurement.

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Civil.

Desired Experience: 3 – 10 years.
