About the Role:

Sova's Nature Hideout is a premium resort located near Pawna Lake, offering luxury stays and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Executive & Property Manager to oversee guest relations and manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in/check-out.
Handle room reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online travel platforms.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
Ensure rooms and resort facilities are maintained to high standards.
Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally.
Supervise resort staff and daily operations.
Maintain occupancy records, reports, billing, and cash handling.
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of required supplies.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in hotels, resorts,



hospitality, or property management.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; hotel PMS experience is an advantage).
Ability to multitask and manage resort operations independently.
Candidates willing to stay on the property are preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
