Position: Receptionist Experience: Minimum 1 year (Mandatory) Qualification: Graduation in any discipline Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner. Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries. Manage appointments and maintain schedules. Maintain reception and front office records. Coordinate with staff and provide administrative support. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive. Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.). Well-groomed, organized, and customer-focused. Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
