Position: Assistant Professor – Management

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures in management subjects as per the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
Participate in curriculum development, research, and faculty development programs.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in the relevant specialization with NET/Ph.D. as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust subject knowledge and teaching aptitude
Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
