Position –Coding Trainer

Location- Hyderabad, Bangalore, Nizamabad, Thiruvallur (Chennai)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage overall program delivery with a focus on operations and implementation of the program in allotted regions/schools.
- Establish/Leverage/Manage govt. relationships/linkages - MoE, SCERTs, KVS, NVS, and the like with education department officers, school headmasters, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop a monitoring mechanism to track progress, assess quality, analyze risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the leadership team in goal setting and plan a roadmap for enhancing the learning outcomes of the students.
- Manage budget reporting, PIP and prepare monthly reports.
- Data management and reporting progress to M&E; agency and donor (Amazon) team.
- Liaise with the donor team for the smooth functioning of the program.
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders and partners in the state/school towards delivering a seamlessly integrated program
- Manage resource requirements for the project and ensure the timely availability of resources to the team/beneficiary




- Programmatic reporting to the funder and Learning Links Foundation.
- Managing project staff and deployment of resources.
- Coordination with content partner (Code.org) team for content planning

Job Skills Required

- Strongly believes in Coding for kids and its advantages in later career.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in the related field (Engineering) Proficiency in engineering, electronics, and/or computer programming.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills related to schedules, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
- Technical/software project management experience. Strong time management and organization skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and under stressful Timelines 1-4 Years of experience.
- B. E. / B. Tech / MCA Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Instrumentation + MBA.

- Strong understanding of Computational Skills & Technology English proficiency
