The Asst Product Manager/Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of products by understanding user needs, aligning stakeholders, and overseeing the product lifecycle. This role demands strategic vision, market insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful products and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and advocate for customer requirements.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to ensure product differentiation.
- Prioritize product features based on business goals and customer impact.
- Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to create go-to-market strategies.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize customer requirements for product development.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, support) to meet business and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Act as the product leader within the company,



driving success and adoption.
- Develop business cases for new products or enhancements to existing products.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in product management
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies
- Strong technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
