We’re looking for energetic Sales Associates who love talking to customers and closing sales. You’ll be the face of the store — greeting customers, helping them find outfits, and making sure they leave happy, especially during wedding & engagement season.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet every walk-in with smile. Understand customer need – wedding, party, casual, readymade.
2. Sales: Achieve daily personal sales targets. Upsell accessories, readymade, and current arrivals. Push billing.
3. Product Knowledge: Learn fabric, fit, price, and new collection. Guide customers on trial, alterations, and styling.
4. Billing & POS: Handle cash/card/UPI billing on POS. Maintain accuracy and follow cash SOP.
5. Store Standards: Maintain VM, neat folding, size sets,
and trial room cleanliness. Restock floor from warehouse.
6. Inventory: Help in stock receiving, tagging, and weekly stock count. Report fast-moving/slow-moving items.
7. Customer Follow-up: Collect numbers, share new collection pics on WhatsApp. Convert inquiries to sales.
8. Team Work: Support Store Manager in opening/closing, housekeeping, and campaigns.

- Daily/Monthly Sales Target
- Average Bill Value & Conversion %
- Customer Feedback & Complaints
- Stock Loss & VM Compliance
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
