Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic Area Operations Manager to drive our network expansion and manage on-ground operations. You will identify and onboard recent cloud kitchen partners and manage their daily performance in your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities

- Expansion: Pitch to, negotiate with, and onboard new cloud kitchen partners.
- Onboarding: Help new kitchens set up, audit their space, and launch operations.
- Management: Monitor daily kitchen metrics (speed, quality, hygiene) and resolve issues.
- Relationship: Act as the main contact to help partners grow their sales.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in food-tech operations, food delivery apps, or restaurant management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and on-the-ground execution.
- Mobility: Must own a vehicle for frequent local travel to kitchen sites.
