- Position Overview:
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator (Telecaller / Tele-Sales) to support our sales team by generating business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation, customer satisfaction, CRM accuracy, and contribution to achieving the company's sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Crystal Logistics' cold chain and logistics services.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads for the field sales and business development team.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and pricing.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Build long-term customer relationships through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, customer feedback, and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets and revenue goals.

- Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Certification in Sales, Customer Service, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.

- Experience Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in Cold Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehousing, or any B2B service industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
