A full time Android developer required at our office in Mumbai.
Requirements
- B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or Mathematics, from Tier-1 universities (IIT, BITS-Pilani, NITs and IIITs) preferred.
- 4+ years of object oriented programming Algorithmic optimizations, Multithreading etc.
- 2+ years of Android OS programming experience and deep knowledge of Android SDK.
- Recent Experience building an Android app that is live in the Play Store.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Ability to define and build service interfaces.
- In depth understanding and experience of mobile development life cycle.
- Understanding of Design Patterns concepts, software architecture, SCRUM.
- Experience in the social networking, e-commerce domains would be a bonus.
What we Expect from you?
- Work with core founding team to create mobile products focused on social and e-commerce industries.
- Design and code programs; create and run test transactions; use insights gained to produce necessary design and code revisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features.
- Work with public and/or private APIs, data sources.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Make disciplined use of source control and bug tracking systems.
- Participate in software code reviews to ensure the creation of high-quality, robust code by all team members.
