Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PMO – Civil professional with strong experience in civil estimation, drawing interpretation, project coordination, and documentation management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of construction processes, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and coordination with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity estimations, BOQ, and cost analysis for civil construction projects.
- Review and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to prepare accurate estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams for project updates.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and MIS updates.
- Support tender preparation, rate analysis,



and vendor/subcontractor coordination.
- Identify variations, cost impacts, and support change management processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on project requirements.
- Assist PMO activities related to project governance and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil construction estimation and project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
- Solid knowledge of rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Experience with project tracking tools/software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and ownership
