Job Description – Architect

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years

Responsibilities:

- Design building layouts and structures as per client needs
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models
- Ensure designs follow building rules and safety codes
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors
- Visit sites to check construction progress and quality
- Prepare project estimates and material specifications
- Get necessary approvals from local authorities
- Suggest design changes to solve site problems
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and give suggestions

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in architecture
- Positive knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- architect: 5 years (Preferred)

Location:

- Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh (Required)
