Work Experience: Minimum seven years in computer/technology-related fields with progressively increasing responsibilities. Minimum five years of production experience with VMware vSphere server virtualization. Minimum five years of experience in systems administration in an enterprise Windows Server setting. Minimum three years of experience in systems administration in an enterprise Unix and/or Linux environment (with 100+ managed systems). Minimum three years in implementation and support of complex multi-tier systems.

- In depth knowledge and production experience with the VMware vSphere Enterpris.
- Hands on experience setting up and maintaining in production VMware DRS, HA, storage/network multipath.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve multi-faceted technology problems.
- Experienced using enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) with Vmware vSphere.




- Solid understanding of network topologies and technologies, from subnets to VLAN¿s to firewalls to routers to load balancers.
- Working knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and its common components.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server (2008, 2012).
- Excellent knowledge of system, network and communications security. Experience in creating and modifying scripts to configure and automate common tasks with esxcli or PowerCLI and any of the common scripting languages (BASH/Perl/Python/Powershell/etc).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
