Position: Tool Room Junior Engineer
Department: Tool Room / Production
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mould loading and unloading on injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
- Carry out mould changeovers as per the production plan.
- Inspect moulds before installation and after removal for any damage or wear.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of injection moulds.
- Assist in troubleshooting mould-related issues during production.
- Coordinate with the production, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper cleaning, lubrication, and storage of moulds.
- Maintain mould history records, maintenance logs, and tool inventory.
- Use overhead cranes, hoists, and other tool room equipment safely.
- Follow 5S, safety standards, and company procedures in the tool room.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
