Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and analytics, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate across marketing, product, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve website performance, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive on-page optimization, content strategy, and internal linking initiatives.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including high-quality link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO KPIs using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into projects.
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth through content gaps, emerging trends, and algorithm updates.
- Create SEO reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and provide technical guidance.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).




- 1–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic performance.
- Solid expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale websites.
- Familiarity with international SEO, local SEO, and e-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of schema markup, log file analysis, and SEO automation.
- Experience with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Google Analytics, SEO, or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
