Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Swargate, Pune

Shifts: 10am-7pm, 1pm-10pm

Provilac Milk is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience within the FMCG or dairy industry. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies

Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings and audits

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits





Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Support ERP/accounting system implementation and optimization

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or dairy industry

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar ERP systems)

Advanced MS Excel skills

Pay: ₹10,674.50 - ₹30,620.09 per month
