What You’ll Be Doing

* Deliver a warm, high-touch experience for clients

* Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

* Support business growth through lead management & retention

* Coordinate social media, collaborations & curated outreach initiatives

* Assist in smooth studio operations & scheduling

* Maintain client data, insights & CRM hygiene
