We're Hiring | Dispatch & Purchase Executive – ELV

Neetdeep Group:: is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Purchase Executive to join our growing team.

Location:: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience:: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities::

* Manage purchase orders and procurement activities.

* Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, and timely deliveries.

* Handle dispatch planning and track material deliveries to project sites.

* Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.

* Coordinate material requirements with project and site teams.

* Update procurement and inventory data using ERP software and MS Excel.

* Ensure accurate documentation related to purchasing, dispatch, and inventory.

Preferred Candidate Profile::

* 1–2 years of experience in procurement, dispatch, or inventory management within the ELV industry.

* Knowledge of ELV products such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Door Phone (VDP),



Networking, and Structured Cabling.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.

* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
