Requirements & Skills
Experience: 5 years to 10 years of sewing experience in the footwear or leather industry.
Education: Often open to candidates below SSLC or 10th pass.
Core Skills: Positive hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical blueprints or sample shoes.
