About the Role:

WeCredit is looking for a driven finance qualified to work closely with the leadership team on investor relations, capital raising, strategic finance, and business analysis. This role offers hands-on exposure to fundraising, financial strategy, and high-impact projects in a quick-growing fintech.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships and communication with existing and prospective equity and debt investors.
Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, due diligence materials, and fundraising documentation.
Support capital raising across equity, debt, securitisation, co-lending, and other financing structures.
Build financial models, valuations, forecasts, and conduct industry and market research to support strategic decisions.
Coordinate with investors, banks, NBFCs, legal advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and regulatory compliance.
Support leadership on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and special projects.

Qualifications:
CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance).




Candidates pursuing these qualifications with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience:
2–4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Big 4, Consulting, Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, PE/VC, or Financial Advisory.
Experience in NBFCs or fintech is preferred.

Skills:
Solid financial analysis, modelling, and valuation skills.
Understanding of capital markets and fundraising.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
High ownership, attention to detail, and execution ability.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
