Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs, administer medication, and provide wound care as per physician orders.
Comfort and support patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications administered, and any changes in condition.
Document patient responses to treatments and interventions.
Ensure proper infection control measures are followed, including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean and sterile workplace.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, senior nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
Communicate patient information, concerns, and changes in condition effectively.
Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.




Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures, such as CPR, as necessary.
Maintain and ensure the availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
Report any malfunctioning equipment or low supplies to senior staff.
Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and continue career development. Attend training sessions and workshops as required by the organization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
