Supervise and manage segregation of aluminium and plastic materials as per grade and specifications.
Identify different types of plastics (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, PVC, etc.) and aluminium grades.
Ensure proper sorting to avoid contamination and maintain material purity.
Monitor and improve segregation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and recycling teams.
Conduct regular inspections of segregated materials and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
Train workers on proper segregation methods and handling procedures.
Analyze rejection rates and suggest process improvements.
Maintain reports on material yield, scrap percentage, and recovery rates.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in material segregation, recycling, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of aluminium grades and plastic identification techniques.
Understanding of recycling processes and waste management standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
