FMCG Industry – Supervisor Job Profile
We are looking for a Supervisor for our FMCG operations who will be responsible for overseeing production, inventory, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on all incoming and outgoing products
Supervise production activities and ensure smooth workflow
Manage stock in/out operations and maintain accurate records
Oversee inventory and store management
Monitor and guide the production team
Ensure production targets are met on time
Maintain proper documentation of stock and production activities
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Prior experience in FMCG industry is preferred
Basic knowledge of stock management and production processes
Valuable leadership and team-handling skills
Attention to detail for quality control
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
