Job Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in elevator/lift sales, business development, project sales, and client relationship management.

This role involves setting up and growing a new branch in Bhubaneswar, developing market presence, building customer networks, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Lead, manage, and guide the sales team for better performance.
Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure elevator projects.
Build strong relationships with:
Builders
Developers
Architects
Consultants
Contractors
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution.




Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client presentations.
Support the establishment and growth of the recent Bhubaneswar branch.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Elevator/Lift Sales (Mandatory).
Solid experience in:
Elevator Project Sales
Modernization Sales
Current Installation Sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value projects.
Strong network with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Good knowledge of elevator products, technical specifications, and project execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
