What you’ll do:

A senior integration leader who combines architecture depth, delivery ownership, and operational excellence, capable of driving complex integration programs at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop integration delivery —from requirement discovery through go live and production support, setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, and enabling consistent delivery outcomes
Partner with product teams, solution architects, Integration Architects, platform teams, security, and operations to align delivery execution with enterprise strategy and platform guardrails
Lead and independently own integration designs across MuleSoft, IDMC, Apigee, SAP CPI, and Kafka.
Provide delivery leadership during planning, solution design, and pre-execution phases, ensuring feasibility and execution readiness
Act as the integration quality gatekeeper, overseeing SIT/UAT quality checks and defect management.
Play a key role in go live planning, cutover execution, and stabilization.
Own production integration support, driving incident analysis, root cause resolution, and continuous reliability improvements.
Drive integration platform standardization and modernization.




Establish delivery governance, quality controls, and risk management, holding teams accountable for outcomes
Mentor team members, build delivery capability, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and accountability

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and delivery.
Total Work experience between 15 to 20 years.

Skills:
Solid hands on and architectural expertise in A2A, real time, and batch integrations, event driven architecture based integrations.
Proven, hands on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Informatica IDMC.
Deep understanding of API led and event driven integration architectures.
Comfortable operating independently at an architect / delivery lead level.
Solid focus on scalable design, quality, and production stability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross functional teams.
Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee/Mulesoft.
Valuable to know event driven integration architectures, including Kafka
