Job Overview
Walvekar Construction is hiring a Construction Site Safety Supervisor for an ongoing industrial project in Talegaon. This role is suitable for freshers with safety qualifications or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to build a career in construction safety.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor site safety procedures and protocols
Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
Ensure strict PPE compliance across the site
Identify hazards and take preventive and corrective actions
Maintain safety reports, checklists, and incident records
Support safety inductions and worker training
Coordinate with engineers and contractors on safety practices

Required Skills & Qualifications




Diploma / Degree in any field with Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred)
Basic understanding of construction and industrial safety norms
Knowledge of hazard identification and risk control
Good communication and reporting skills
Willingness to work full-time in office

Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresher with certification or up to 3 years of experience
Exposure to industrial or factory projects is an advantage
Based in Pune or willing to relocate to Talegaon
Disciplined and proactive approach to site safety

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
