Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, and building solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward goals
Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
Identify new market prospects and customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Manage key customer accounts and negotiate high-value contracts
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,



and ethical standards

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Industry experience in REAL ESTATE preferred
