Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting systems based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Study and analyse PHE and Firefighting drawings to determine scope, quantities, and system requirements.
Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for plumbing, sanitary, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems.




Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical and commercial quotations and perform comparative evaluations.
Identify cost optimization and value engineering prospects while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Assist in tender submissions, including preparing assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, and supporting pre-bid and post-bid discussions.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in Plumbing & Firefighting estimation for commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Firefighting systems, relevant codes (NFPA, NBC, local standards), and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools, with robust ability to interpret MEP drawings accurately.
The selected candidate needs to work at our Delhi or Bangalore office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
